Patients who have already been seen and have been put on our waiting list for surgery are booked for surgery or endoscopy based on urgency of their condition. Please let us know if there is any change in your condition.

Please obtain a referral from your primary care provider to schedule an initial consultation.
You will be contacted directly by phone or by letter mail with a date and time for your appointment.
All appointments are triaged based on information sent to us by your primary provider. If your condition has changed, please have your care provider update us on your condition.
Due to coronavirus pandemic, there may a significant delay if your condition is non-urgent.
Your appointment may take place in person or by telephone. On the day of your appointment, please have a list of medications and your health card available.

Call our office the week following your procedure to book an appointment in the suggested timeframe. Leave a message including your name and phone number so we can get back to you.
The Care You Deserve
Please make us aware, prior to your visit, of any medications you are taking that may worsen bleeding. Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear.
